Trakpo Sumtril Retreat

A guided 3D2N mantra retreat for healing, protection & long life

This retreat is based on the practice of Trakpo Sumtril which combines the deities Vajrapani, Hayagriva and King Garuda into a concise and highly effective practice. It includes meditations to invoke the blessings of these three wrathful deities for healing, protection and especially to extend life.

Each deity represent a different facet of enlightened energy that we can tap into through prayer, mantra and meditation:

  • Vajrapani purifies and blesses our mind, and pacifies harm from astrological inauspiciousness and spirits above the earth.
  • Hayagriva purifies and blesses our speech, and pacifies harm from interfering spirits on the earth.
  • King Garuda purifies and blesses our body, and pacifies harm from nagas and earth spirits that reside underground.

Trakpo Sumtril retreat is helpful for anyone suffering from cancer, heart conditions, epileptic fits, and diseases caused by nagas and other supernatural entities. It holds and stabilises life force so that we have more time to engage in spiritual practice.

This retreat also grants powerful protection from harm caused by nagas, land deities and supernatural beings, and averts obstacles arising from negative karma.

On a spiritual level, it increases our affinity with the tantras in general, blesses our mind, and increases the stability of our Dharma practice, especially if we lack confidence.

Led by our experienced Sangha and Buddhist pastors, this 3D2N Trakpo Sumtril retreat is suitable for anyone who is new to mantra retreats as well as experienced retreatants who may be too busy to prepare all the necessary offerings and materials.

In particular, it is highly recommended for people who have received the Trakpo Sumtril initiation as it will deepen your practice and help you gain quicker results.
