Inner Reflection Retreat

3D3N Journey to Personal Discovery

Inner reflection is an empowering process that reconnects you to the core of your being. The Inner Reflection Retreat is an intermediate-level programme that applies meditation techniques taught in the Inner Peace Retreat to help you achieve visible and sustainable progress in your spiritual development.

The programme includes:

  • Reflection exercises
  • Extended meditation sessions
  • Healing visualisations
  • Wholesome vegetarian meals based on a healthy retreat-friendly menu with anti-inflammatory and detox benefits
  • Comfortable accommodation in the forest

Our experienced facilitators will guide you through reflection exercises to help you develop an understanding of how your mind works. During in-depth meditation sessions, you will observe your thoughts arise with clarity, and experience their impact on your emotional wellbeing and consequent actions.

A post-programme support group is available to help you internalise your experiences so that you can integrate meditation and mindfulness into your daily lifestyle.
