The Inner Peace Retreat PLUS is a wellness programme designed for intermediate meditation practitioners seeking to maximise the benefits of mental training. Gain deeper insights through contemplative meditation exercises that support lasting change, and achieve your personal and professional goals.

As your meditation skills improve over the course of the 3D2N programme, you’ll experience greater stability, calm and clarity of mind. You’ll also notice a heightened ability to stay present in the moment, improved focus, and a greater capacity for discipline, resilience and mindfulness.
The programme includes:
- Focused reflection exercises for targeted results
- Extended contemplation sessions for deeper realisations
- Progressively themed meditation topics over the course of the year to build on your insights gained from previous sessions
- Wholesome vegetarian meals based on a healthy retreat-friendly menu with anti-inflammatory and detox benefits
- Comfortable accommodation in the forest
A post-programme support group is available to help you internalise your experiences so that you can integrate meditation and mindfulness into your daily lifestyle.

Strengthen your ability to focus and calm your mind through this practice. Walking consciously is also very effective to train your mind to be in the here and now.

What to Bring
- Comfortable walking shoes
- Comfortable modest clothing (e.g. long-sleeved light cotton tops and long trousers) that allows you to sit cross-legged on a meditation cushion
- A hat and sunglasses to protect from the sun
- Sunscreen and mosquito repellent
- Water tumbler
- Small towel (for perspiration)
- Face mask, face shield, hand sanitiser (optional)
- Medication or antihistamines if you have allergies to pollen, etc.
Important Notes
- Cancellation Policy: A partial refund will be issued for cancellations made at least five working days before the retreat start date. An administration fee of RM75 will be charged. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than five days before the retreat start date.
- Room sharing arrangements are subject to availability.
- If sign ups for a particular language do not meet the minimum threshold, the programme in that language will be cancelled. You are welcome to join a different language group; otherwise your registration fee will be refunded.
- To enhance your experience, you’re encouraged to minimise the distractions of daily life including the usage of any electronic devices such as mobile phones, tablets and laptops throughout the duration of the retreat.
- Face masks are optional. Please wear them if they are necessary to support your health condition.
- The management reserves the right to amend the programme and/or revise prices without prior notice.
