Buddhist Fundamentals
Starting on the Path to Happiness
Happiness is something that everyone craves for, and it drives everything we do. As His Eminence Tsem Rinpoche has put it:
“Happiness is a state that everyone, everywhere constantly strives for. Everybody wants happiness and everybody deserves real happiness.”
However, for most of us, genuine happiness is a dream that we have yet to achieve.
Buddhist Fundamentals is an easy 4-week course that will introduce you to fundamental Buddhist principles, meditation, prayer and practices, to help you begin your spiritual journey on the path to happiness.
Through discussion and practical exercises, you’ll acquire the basic methods to create the shift that you’ve been waiting for, making each and every day a meaningful one.
